Why Genyx exists

Discord teams deserve one platform, not five bots

Most servers stack moderation bots, stat bots, ticket bots, and separate web dashboards. Each tool asks for more permissions, another vendor to trust, and another panel to monitor. Your team wastes time switching dashboards, ownership gets blurry, and security gaps pile up because nobody sees the full picture of who does what.

Genyx is the all-in-one alternative: Nyx in your server, Genyx in your browser, one integration for moderation, roles, onboarding, engagement, support, and analytics. We are also building Discovery Network, a consent-based matching layer so compatible communities can find each other through first-party signals, without ad marketplaces, bought audiences, or opaque targeting.

How Genyx is built

Foundations, then activation,
then consent-based growth

Three layers, one story. We ship value in order so nothing on the site promises more than the product can show.

Core

What Nyx runs in your server today

Core is Genyx's free foundation and it is live now. Nyx moderates with Aegis, verifies new members with Gatekeeper, assigns roles through Role Manager, sends broadcasts with Broadcaster, and feeds live activity into Analytics Hub. Your team configures modules, channels, and rules from one Genyx dashboard.

Activation

Turn insight into action

Operational segments, a weekly digest, and clear next steps in the dashboard so you can welcome recent joins, re-engage quiet members, or focus effort where the signals point.

Growth infrastructure

Expand with consent

A future discovery layer for compatible communities that opt in openly. No cross-server redirects, no bought members, no opaque targeting.

How Genyx works

One platform, fewer security gaps

Every extra bot adds permissions, vendors, and places something can break or be abused. Genyx brings moderation, engagement, support, and analytics together behind Nyx so you run one integration instead of many disconnected tools.

Step 01

Invite Nyx

Add one trusted bot with OAuth. Fewer bots on your server means fewer permission grants and fewer weak points for attackers or misconfiguration.

Step 02

Configure in Genyx

Enable modules from one dashboard. Roles, channels, automations, and security rules stay in one place instead of spread across separate admin panels.

Step 03

Operate with confidence

Moderate, onboard, engage, and review server health from one workflow. Less tool sprawl for your team and a smaller surface for leaks, abuse, and breaches.

Platform modules

One platform for every stage
of your community

Discovery Network, Core, Gamification, Support, Statistics, Security, Community, and Web3 are platform modules behind Nyx. Configure them from one dashboard, start with what is live today, and grow into the rest without stacking separate bots.

Who it is for

Built for teams that run servers seriously

Whether you moderate, engage, support, or scale, Genyx adapts to how your community actually operates.

Creator & brand communities

Automate onboarding, roles, broadcasts, and member engagement without stacking five different bots.

Web3 & NFT projects

Run Core and Gamification today. Wallet utilities and governance tools arrive on the roadmap when you need them.

Support focused servers

Route tickets with Neural Ticketing while you prepare for the Statistics module and deeper reporting.

Growth focused teams

Build on live modules now. Join Discovery Network later when you want consent based community matching.

Discovery Network, in development

Your servers do not have to compete.
They can feed each other.

Genyx links partner communities through opt-in recommendations and shared rewards. A member active in a gaming server can discover your project with context, join, collect community rewards, and unlock a role. You gain a member who chose to be there. No scraping. No mass DMs. No bought audiences.

Matching

Smart recommendations

Community matching: servers you might like. Based on declared interests, activity, and roles when members opt in.

Rewards

Incentives that align everyone

Join a partner server, collect community rewards, and unlock exclusive roles or access. Cross-community growth where communities and members all win.

Fit

Matching that respects intent

NFT holders see NFT communities. Builders see tech communities. Timing and fit matter more than raw reach.

For projects & servers

Grow together, not against each other

Reach members who fit your community and stay engaged. Recommend partner servers your members will actually like, with clear rules and shared rewards, not toxic giveaway farming.

For members

Discovery and rewards

Find relevant communities, collect community rewards, and unlock access when you choose to explore.

How it will work

  • Communities opt in before they appear in matching
  • Signals come from your server, not scraped profiles
  • Matching prioritises fit and retention over raw reach
  • Members and operators see what is shared and why

Target availability: early 2027. We are building Discovery on top of real Core usage and validated community signals. Invite Nyx now to help shape the pilot cohort.

Privacy & trust

Built with clear data boundaries

Genyx is designed around first party server signals, meaning events and actions that happen in your Discord when Nyx is enabled. We do not rely on scraped profiles or bought contact lists. Discovery matching, when it ships, will rely on consent, relevance, and measurable retention, not opaque targeting.

Operational data is limited to what each module needs, including moderation events, join flows, engagement actions, and support tickets. We document what we store, why we store it, and how to exercise your rights in our privacy policy.

FAQ

Common questions

What is the difference between Genyx and Nyx?

Genyx is the web platform where you configure modules, settings, and server workflows. Nyx is the Discord bot that runs inside your server and handles the member facing actions.

What is live today?

Core and Gamification (Engage & Evolve, Hall of Fame) are free and live today. Support (Neural Ticketing) is live and paid at €5/mo beta pricing per server. Security, Community, Web3, Statistics, and Discovery Network arrive later on the roadmap.

What does Core include?

Core includes moderation, role management, onboarding, broadcasts, and live analytics. It is free and available to every server using Genyx.

How does pricing work?

Core is free. Support is the first paid module at €5/mo beta pricing per server, billed through Stripe from your dashboard. More modules and All Access will roll out as billing expands.

How do you handle privacy and data use?

We limit data to what each module needs to function, document what is stored, and publish those details in our privacy policy. Discovery features will rely on consent based participation and relevant signals, not opaque profiling.

What does Genyx track?

With your configuration, Nyx records member joins and leaves, role changes, participation signals such as messages where modules are enabled, and engagement data used for analytics and digests. We do not scrape profiles or buy contact lists.

Does Genyx run ads across other servers?

No. Genyx is not an ads marketplace and does not redirect audiences between servers without explicit consent. Future discovery features will be opt-in for communities and transparent for members.

How is Genyx different from MEE6, Statbot, or Sesh?

Utility bots excel at moderation commands or descriptive stats. Genyx targets community operations: connect tracking, activation, and health in one cockpit so you can decide what to do next, not only what happened last week.

What is the difference between Foundations and Discovery?

Foundations is what ships first: setup, tracking, overview, digest, and segments. Discovery is a later layer for voluntary matching between compatible communities, built only after Foundations prove their value on pilot servers.
